You may not modify any of the files and claim them to be yours. Removing the address here, is modifying. Changing the name of the files, is modifying. Changing the contents of the .zip files, is modifying.
You may not directly link to any of these files ( specially including the webpage wallpapers ) from your page. Direct linking is: you paste the url to ie. one of the wallpapers ( http://www.off-switch.com/BMFM/Files/Wallpapers/smalllightlogobg.jpg ) to your HTML document and publice it on your page. It is considered as a bandwidth theft.
